Show only selected menu items

hi there
i am quite new in c5 but i already love it...
just setting up a new web page and i am wondering if it is possible to have only certain selected navigation points in the auto-nav? so for example if you have these pages:
home | about | news
would it be possible to tick them somehow to just show home and news in a left navigation and about in the right navigation?
many thanks!

many thanks for your reply! :)
i know that's possible to hide things but i have two auto-nav's on my webpage:
link1 | link2 | link3 HERE COMES THE LOGO link4 | link5 | link6
so i made an auto-nav for link 1–3 and one for 4–6 but i cannot select it properly.
thanks again!

Ok, easiest way would be to put the pages as child pages of "nav" folders.
So your sitemap goes:
HOME
-nav 1
--page 1
--page 2
--page 3
-nav2
--page 4
--page 5
--page 6
and then set up two autnavs in the header section that display pages from below nav1 and nav2
Downside... your URL will behttp://yourdomain.com/nav1/page1...
Maybe there are some .htacces gurus on the forum that know how to vanish "nav1" from the URL path, but I dont know.
Another way would be to use PageTypes and a Page List Block to display the pages.
Like: Use pagetype1 for pages 1-3 and pagetype2 for pages 4-6 and set two pagelists in the header that display only the pagetype you want to show.
If you are working with version 5.6:

So your sitemap goes:

-nav 1
--page 1
--page 2
--page 3
-nav2
--page 4
--page 5
--page 6

thanks for your feedback!
i already tried the first version without success...
i will now try the second one... but how is that meant: and set two pagelists in the header that display only the pagetype
many thanks!
