Show your clients a Concrete5 site running on your computer

Hi,
Did you have any idea how i can achieve to show the LOCAL concrete5 website i implement for them ?
I found this on internet but not sure it works and if it is reliable :http://forwardhq.com/
Any other solution would be nice.
I thought doing like this :
- work on local host
- setup on my own domain or sub folder of the client domain a Concrete5
- upload new files every 3-4 days.
