Simple site loading very slowly

Hey!
I'm setting my own personal website and am just doing some testing on how fast it loads etc.
As you can see here, it's not particularely impressive:

I haven't installed any add-ons, and the site it self is extremely simple with little text and next to no images.
I have created a config/site.php and added the Zend optimization as detailed here andrewembler.com/web/improving-the-performance-of-zend-cache/ , but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm not seeing much of an issue. I'm getting page loads on your site from almost instantaneously to just a couple seconds...
Hm. That is odd. I had issues both at work and here at home. Guess it could be a Chrome-cache issue then.

i tested with firefox. upon closer look at your results, the times seem about what i was experiencing, although it's still pretty fast as it is...
I am getting similar results to @enlil.
Often a site is a fair bit slower when you are logged in with the dashboard bar.
