Simple time slot booking with no charge?

Hi there,
I'm looking for an appoint booking system I can add to a concrete 5 site that isn't a chargeable item. For instance someone wanting. To request a haircut appointment but to make the booking with no charge.
I've had a look around the add one but nothing seems to do what we need (unless I've misunderstood something)
We want the ability for registered users to log in and place a booking for a particular time slot and have the ability for an admin to approve/deny/move/edit etc the booking. But not have to charge for the booking online. Is there such a plugin that someone can point me to?
