Single Page and Multi Lang

Hi There

I have a multi language site, which is built in the sitemap like this:
http://www.mysite.com/en/home
http://www.mysite.com/de/home
...
I want to build a Single Page to recommend a site per email. But I want to have ONE site for all languages.
When I call the site it's in the url like this without the language identifier in it:
http://www.mysite.com/recommend

I don't figured out, how to do that with a singele page. It must be like this:
www.www.mysite.com/en/recommend...

Any Ideas? - Tanks
