Site crash

Please help - my site is down. I tried to add a page and received the message "Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/www/users/fv/Concrete5/updates/concrete5.6.2.1_updater/concrete/tools/edit_collection_pupup.php:100) in /usr/www/users/fv/Concrete5/updates/concrete5.6.2.1_updateer/concrete/core/libraries/view.php on line 653.
This was followed by "mysqlt error: [126:Incorrect key file for table '.fv_concrete5/atBooleanSettings.MYI'; try to repair it'] in EXECUTE("select akCheckedBy Default from atBooleanSettings where akID = '4'")

Then when I went to view my site, it is totally crashed and I get the message An unexpected error occurred.
mysqlt error: [145: Table './fv_concrete5/Areas' is marked as crashed and should be repaired] in EXECUTE("select arID, arOverrideCollectionPermissions, arInheritPermissionsFromAreaOnCID, arIsGlobal from Areas where cID = '1' and arHandle = 'Header'")

That looks like a major database problem from your host. There are strings of nonsense buried in your error messages that tells me something serious has happened.

Can you tell us the URL of the site?

Thanks for your reply. I contact pair.net, the hosting server, and they repaired the Areas table and the site is now live.

I don't know why it crashed and I'm extremely reluctant to attempt to add a new page, which is what I was attempting to do when all the errors started happening.

The site ishttp://www.fv-ncfpp.org and any advice/information you could provide to help figure out what happened or to avoid this problem, would be greatly appreciated.

There's really nothing you can do if your host is having problems with their database server except to move to a different host.

This might help prevent problems but I doubt it:

There's not enough responses for HostJury to rate Pair Networks but there is a comment about their database server going down:
