Hi team.. Please help major error bug with concrete latest version.

I had been working on the site fine, adding products to the eCommerce addon. When I went to check the site on another pc with older browsers and the home page is blank and so are some others.

I have tried change teh page templates to see if its an error on their no luck.

I have turned on debugging no errors ...
I have turned caching off completely ...
I have turned off pretty URLs .....
I have manually deleted all cache files ...
I have run DB backup no errors....
Other Concrete sites work fine on the server .. not latest version tho...

How ever what is even stranger is if you load up the login page in 1 tab then the home page in another tab it sometimes works... But if you then close login and refresh the home page Blank again?

This has to be a dispatch problem or header loading issue.. or a Java issue? Please Help.

I cant find any error logs to help on ever the server or concrete5 files?
