Site Slow... Server or C5?

Maybe c5 has a defrag option I don't know of?
But my older site.http://www.airsoftmanitoba.com is slow as hell to load anything.
too a point wher eI'm ready to snap.
My newer site, also C5 on the same server.http://www.cqbcity.ca load's a lot faster..

Is it possible my C5 is bogged down by something?
Anyone out there know how to go through and speed the site up?

Please help.. Adding a blog post takes 10 minute's and I think is chasnig away customers :(

Both sites are slow!

To help with fixing things like server issues (.htaccess file) and stuff use:http://www.webpagetest.org/

Results will point to things that need looking into.

I'll run that. I was recently infected with a virus and I think the removal of it may have affected thing's greatly.

Anyone offer service's in helping with this aspect of things?
