Sitemap not Working

I'm working on a site for a client and have run into a problem that I haven't encountered before. I'm running version 4.1.1 and when I access the sitemap through the dashboard I can't expand the Plus Minus pages to show child pages.

Not only that but when I try to use the Link to Page function the sitemap doesn't load into the dialog box at all - see attached image - I just get an empty window.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

NOTE: I posted this in Chit Chat earlier in the week but didn't get any response so am hoping someone in here might be able to help.

Best thing to do is to see if there is any debug error available.

Can you try visiting this page:
index.php/tools/required/dashboard/sitemap_data.php

and then copy/paste html source result?

This is what I get when I visit the link. Any advice?

I have a similar problem:

My service providor upgraded the php from 5.2.x to 5.3.x and after that the sitemap stopped working.

I think this might be the issue. I'll get onto the host providers and see can they move me to a box running 5.2

Thanks dude

I think there should be a way to fix this, because php 5.2 has become obsolete. I will return to this issue soon.

have you had any luck with this. I'm hoping to move a site over to a box running PHP 5.3.x from my own hosting which runs PHP 5.2.x and was hoping not to have the same issues.
