Slideshow help needed

Hi everyone. I must stress I am new - not just to C5 - but the whole world of webpage 'stuff'!
I'm a gardener by trade, and I am seeking to advertise/clarify my services online. My site -http://www.green-trees.net - is 80% there, but I'm having trouble with the 'slideshow'. After loading the images from our iMac successfully, upon viewing them on my site they have become MAMMOTH in proportion to the size alloted for them on my page! (Hope that makes sense, if you view on my 'Our Services' page, you'll see what I mean!!!
For days I have been trying to read around the problem: going through all the help pages/forums, getting started pages, etc. but I am just stuck. If a kind soul can help me... well, you just might save my life (or me from going bald)!
Waiting expectantly,
Dan

Madeforspace, good guess, but higher... 3000plus! Well, we got there in the end - all's well that ends well.
Dan,
Though there are many sliders that allow you to edit right from the slide show I believe the easiest way for you to edit photos is through the File Manager and edit them each individually. 1) Go ahead and navigate to your Dashboard and then File Manager. 2) Locate the pictures you wish to change and left click on them. 3) Click on "Edit" this will open up the Picnik photo editor. 4) Click on the "Resize" button below the "Library" tab (Just as a quick tip it is easier to reduce the size little by little rather than reducing too much and trying to make it bigger). 5) The "Keep proportions" box should already be checked but if it isn't you should check the box. With the proportions box checked you should only have to edit the first box (width). I find that for a sidebar pic a good size is about 230 pixels wide is the max depending on the theme. 6) Once you have changed your width click "OK" and then look for "Export" on the right side of the page and click that. And there you have it your pic is resized and should automatically update the new size in your slide show. Now all you need to do is follow the same steps for each individual pic that you need to change.
Joe.

Thank you,Thank you, secretsqurril! I have not felt this grateful in a very very long time - seriously. (I only wish I had asked for help a week ago... Ah'well, guess I've learned 'abit' along the way. Man, there were times when I wondered if I was gonna get there!)
Well, Joe, if we could measure out your 'karma' by the stress relief given, you will have increased a tonful at least! Thanks again, Dan

Hey no problem Dan, glad to help out. Well good luck to you in your Concrete5 adventures :D.
"Adventures" - yes; mis-adventures hopefully less of! Thanks again for your help - I think we are getting there... just need a bit more time in the day to complete the site now ;¬]
Take care, Joe
