I need to transfer an existing site to Concrete5 and from a current host to Blue Host while keeping the domain name, by the end of the week. I started a demo site, but didn't transfer much content, so can definitely build from scratch.

Can someone confirm for me that the following process is going to be the best for this situation:
1. Purchase hosting
2. Build website through the Concrete5 desktop download (mac)
3. Install Concrete5 with Blue Host scripting
4. Tear down old site
5. Transfer domain name
6. Push live the Concrete5 built website on Blue Host
