The log says "... No connection has been established to mail.akbulakyapi.com". Is the mail server working at your host? Maybe check that with your host.

For sending email through your C5 site, are you using Default PHP Mail Function or External SMTP Server? Well... I think you are using default PHP mail function...
I just did an upgrade to one of my test sites from 5.6.1.2 to 5.6.2.1 and the mail is getting through correctly. Not sure what's happening in your case.
