Something Wrong with File Manager

i installed bitnami stack concrete5 and then i just took the concrete5 folder from apps/concrete5 , and i move that folder to my xampp/htdocs and i run it using xampp, everything is okay except the file manager in dashboard, when i click file manager on dashboard it says no data received. how i can fixed this ?

Sounds like you might have a permissions issue on your new server. The [root]/files folder needs to be 755 recursive.

still cant sir, i use chmod 755 /Application/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/concrete5/files. im confuse sir
