sooperfish dropdown gone bad

Can anybody take a look at this page:http://174.121.133.222/~chicagog/index.php?cID=125...

and let me know if you have any idea why the dropdown under >programs drops off the page?

I have been at this for a week and can't figure it out!

Your styles.css file on line 163 has a top margin of 130px which is effecting your drop down.
