Hi Im building this sitehttp://www.coffsweb.com.au/boot/... I am required to add a splash page like this onehttp://www.smirnoff.com/en-au/#axzz3HOPVO3bd...

Is there a simple way of doing this?

One thing you could do would be to set up a page (ie. "splash page"), then on the home page, add a redirect block (http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/redirect1/... ), and redirect to the splash page.
