Standard Contact Form?

Am I missing something here or does C5 not just have a standard contact form block I can add in? I have seen people having so much trouble building contact forms. I just want a simple form on a Contact Us page.

How is everyone doing this?

When you go to add a new block, select the "Form" block. From there, you will need to set up your own fields.
