Standard form block to email?

Is there any easy hack to have the content of a standard form block be emailed to an email address?

No hack required... The standard form block does email submission results to 1/multiple email addresses - this just needs to be added in edit mode - under the 'options' tab.

Look for 'Notify me by email when people submit this form', check it, and add your email address/s.
