Start without the default 5.7 template

How can I start a new website from scratch without having to first delete the default web site?

When you install c5, it gives you an option about the default content.

Thanks John. I'll re-install again. I'm on a hosting service that does a packaged install. I didn't see an option about default content but I may have just missed it.
