Strange behaviour of tool bar

I attached screen shot of my toolbar.
The style was missing in it.
I think it doesn't show images or icons. But I'm not sure about this...
suggest me to fix this problem...

These icons are displayed by CSS bootstrap class (example : class="ccm-icon-dashboard ccm-menu-icon").
Maybe it's a conflict with some CSS loaded in your theme, or in a custom block in the pages ?

Something to try : change the theme of a page with the default C5 theme, and check if the icons are back.
