Strange caching issue with RSS Displayer

I'm using RSS Displayer to display a blog onto a webpage, the blog is hosted on Blogger.
Currently running 5.6.1.
Cache settings are as follows:
- Block Cache: off
- Overrides Cache: on
- Full Page: off
- Rebuild: 6 hours
We seem to get issues where the RSS feed will cache for a few days at a time until I go into edit mode on the page which resolves the issue.
Any have any ideas? Its clearly caching but I don't know why.
