Strange Workflow Error

Hey guys -
I get this error when approving a page submitted to workflow. (Screen capture attached.)
If I approve the page within the dashboard I don't get the error. I only get the error when approving while viewing the page.
Anyone else getting this error? Any thoughts on what may be causing it?
In this screencast, you'll see that the page is published successfully despite the error.
