Stucco theme doesnt install like the Live example page??

Hello, I have recently installed the Stucco theme and was under the impression once it activated that it would start me off at the style or editable version of the Live example page? Is there a reason why it doesn't?

1) Did you install the package and then activate the theme in the Dashboard?

2) Did you follow the instructions in the theme to customize it to be that way?
