Styles missing in Edit Block screen

Hi All,

I'm having trouble with styles missing in the add/edit block popup for all custom block types I have created. This applies to the downloadable basic_test block as well but strangely not the C5 core blocks.

The form elements are there, and they work, but the default styles don't apply. eg

<?php echo $form->label('content', 'Name');?>
<?php echo $form->text('content', $content, array('style' => 'width: 320px'));?>

The code above should show a label and text input in a style consistent with other blocks (eg the label should be bold and above the input). It doesn't. Likewise if I include a WYSIWYG in my custom blocks, it renders as a plain textarea.

I get the feeling something is missing here, but I'm not sure what.

I'm about to try backing up the database and uninstalling custom block types one by one. Does anyone else have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?
