Styles in Safari

We are having problems with the styles in safari, it is not using the BODY styles and the menu styles don't read correctly. You can see the problems withhttp://www.chardfm.com

It looks fine in IE and Firefox, but madly weird in Safari.

Please help.

OK so I'm no CSS expert and I could be way off base, but is it an issue for Safari if you have body tags in both the CSS files?

Obviously works fine in FF and IE, so it could be a Safari only quirk?

I have no idea, just thought I would offer it up!
