Styling with Page List Block

I want to make the font size smaller utilizing page list. I have used the design feature and changed the font there - it didn't change (I have cache off as this is a development site). I changed the css and then put that in the design area. Still no change.

Any ideas??

If you're using Chrome, you could inspect the element you are trying to change and check out the CSS that's applied to that element.
