sub-domains and privileges

I have just installed concrete5.

Can I create sub-domains and assign different privileges for them?

Yes you can create subdomains, e.g. with this add-on:
http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/multiple-domains/...

But what do you mean by "assign different privileges on them". You can basically assign different privileges on different pages in concrete5 by default.
