Hi,
I copied a form from a different concrete5 site, but seems that the form is not working. Email is received but it is blank. The original site where the form was copied is working well.
I tried upgrading the C5, and tried some solution from this link:

but still the form is blank.

If you remove this form from the Stack and add it directly to the page does it work? There have been several posts about forms not working when included through a Stack.
