Subscribe for blog via email

I have a client who would like to have people subscribe to his blog via email. At the moment I am just using the composer for his blog on the site. Is there an add-on that can achieve this?

Using ProBlog's "subscribe" feature logged in users can click on "subscribe" and get email notifications any time a new post is added to that blog section. It is "per section" though, not site wide. So if you have multiple blog sections, users will need to subscribe to each one.
