Suggestions for solutions for an Image bank, please.

I'm looking for an easy updateble solution for an image bank.

1. There has to be a thumbnail that is created on the fly.

2. One image is going to be downloadable in multiple formats but with diffident buttons, not zip-file.

I have looked at the add-ons present, but I might have missed something so if you know any good ones or have any other suggestions I wolud gladly hear from you.

I do not believe there are any addons that do this. I think something like this would need to be custom developed.
