Super Administrator

We build a lot of sites for customers, host the sites and provide support.

We therefore need to allways be able to login as a kind of Super Admin.

This account should not be removed by an Admin.

Is this possible?

I don't think that's possible, to disallow admins to delete certain accounts. That will have to be integrated into the core and I'm not sure if you want to go modify that.

I did saw some code to create another super user in the user model.

you could work something up, but concrete5 isn't built to do that today.
