Superfish Auto-Nav Customization

Hi,
I have a css theme that I got from templatemo.com, and I am wondering if I can use the superfish drop down addon but use the original navigation bar.
Just like what c5 website is using currently.
I am new to this type of stuff so if you could be descriptive that would be great!
