Superfish menu block

Look for some help.
I need to have two different menus on our home page. Site is like this

............Home
.....|....................|
.....|--------------------|
..Generic Pages...... Special Pages
..5 sub pages........ 4 sub pages

need to have Menu1 on the home page list only the 5 sub pages under Generic (and childs of) witch is level 3,
and Menu2 to do the same but with Special pages witch is also on level 3. SO i would have to menu blocks on the home page each having separate pages to select. I tried to add the menu to the home page and select 3rd level, but nothing shows at all. Only if i select top level. I need to skip the 2 level and start with the pages on the 3rd level.
I have both area using differnt page type to filter, but no place to select that or would like to select by page attribute either would work.

Thanks, Frank

I have off the top level (home page) two pages with sub pages ( products and services ). I would like to have two differnt menus on the home page, one showing just whats under Products the other services. One menu on the right side the other on the left? so the menus on the home page level one would show the items under the level two pages. so the item listed in the menu would be all the pages from level three.
?
I tried starting setting it to start 3 levels down, works fine if the menu is on the 3rd level, but if i try on the home page (level 1) it does not display any items?

Try using the Superfish menu as your main (on left I assume) and then use Page List on the right. You can customize where it starts and how many levels down you want it to go.

Hope it helps.

Ok sounds good, you wouldnt have a custom view.php that makes the page list look and feel like a menu?
I tried some stuff but never look right.

- Thanks Frank

No no custom views here. My usage has always been customized using CSS.

Do you have an example of exactly what your trying to accomplish. Or a screen shot.
