Superfish Me again Vertical me

Good day
I have posted some ? regarding the vertical menu, the probleme was to update the.css file but I got a vertical - Superfish - just like the drop down menu - so do I have to do any changes to the .css file?
And if not where do I place the .css file and the .js file.
And what do I have to change in the header.php?
