I have a survey block with two options, currently. Users are allowed to suggest more options elsewhere on the page.

So I have, say, options already of 'Apple', 'Banana' in my fave fruit survey and user have now suggested 'Orange', 'Pear as additional options.

When I edit the survey block to add orange & pear in as options, saving the block shows only orange and pear options with apple and banana now missing. All four option showed in the block's editor before saving.

What's going on ?
