Switched domain hosts and now can't find concrete5 website!

Hi all...I know just about nothing about building websites. We had our website through concrete5 and hosted on "a small orange" web hosting. We just switched the web host to wix and went to access our old website on concrete5...can't do it! It just keeps showing us as the new website with wix. Is there any way to recover the content we had on concrete5? Thanks all!

if there's an access like customer1234.hosting-corp.com or a mysql-gui form your hosters backend or another domain pointing to the hosted files at orange, than yes.
