System and Maintenance in the dashboard requires a password

I'm logged in as the administrator of the website but for some reason every time I click on System and Maintenance it's a blank white page with password field in the middle (attached is a screen shot)
Do I have some permissions that are wrong?
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Odd, that doesn't even look like a core login screen. Have you done any modifications to permissions, using advanced permissions or have any 3rd party addons/scripts installed that might be conflicting?
I know, I thought it was odd as well. We have added add-ons but only from the marketplace. The rest of the CMS seems to work/look fine. We might be using advanced permissions but if I'm logged in as admin that shouldn't take effect at all.
I can try to reset permissions on all of the files but that might be a pain.
We are thinking about going without a CMS on this one. Still discussing hence the reason for my late response.
