Tabbed Content with Concrete5

I'm looking to allow tabbed content controlled through the CMS in my Concrete5 site. I want the tabs and their content to be specific to a page, not pulled from a scrapbook.
I've seen the Tabbed Scrapbook block, but that's not what I'm looking for since this is for a client with a HUGE website and it would get very messy to setup a scrapbook for each individual page they want tabs for.
Is there anything else that could provide this kind of tabbed content? I've searched but not found anything. Thanks!

I just finish to develop the easy way in C5 to put tabs on your content.
The block transform just your layout into top tabs and lateral tabs. Soon another block make collapse too.
The block is on the market place but wait for the core approval. in a few days..
