tag name for tag search results page

I am showing a list of tags on an article page. The user can click a tag (let's say the name of the tag is "baseball") and then see a page with all of the articles that are tagged "baseball".

How can I show "baseball" (the name of the tag) on the tag results page?

This seems like it would be so obvious, but I haven't seen a way. Can anyone help?
