"Take a test" add-on for online lessons?!

Hi all,
I am thinking of creating a website with some online lessons. The idea would be to have three components:
(1) content section.
(2) have a forum for questions ("Discussion Forums" add-on).
(3) test section, where student would be able to take a multiple choice test and see the results at the end.
Is there any add-on that would allow for (3)? I couldn't find anything, but thought I'd ask.

Testing wise is definitely custom. I wrote one for a sales training site that used the videos as the subject matter and had a back-end for tests. This is certainly possible but it ends up being a database app and is pretty custom. It isn't hard or anything but it does take some time to get right.
