Text linking back to homepage

I just installed 5.3.3.1 and after adding content to a few pages I noticed that text on all but the homepage and last page was linking home. I only edited the header.php to replace the site title with a logo. this is on the plain yogurt theme. I found a dead post but there was no solution. Any help would be mucho appreciated. Thanks,
Also, if you're doing a clean 5.3.3.1 install you can get rid of that sitename through dashboard > scrapbooks > global scrapbook.
