I would suggest that if you want a good job done on something like that, you should expect to pay for it.
Your site looks very nice, fair amount of flash to worry about, some aggressive html layouts that probably wouldn't be well served to just dump into one big text area.. There would probably be some important decisions that emerged during the process...
As I'm sure you'd agree from your c5 work already, this isn't just an hour or two of dinking around.
Just food for thought. By all means pull whatever tricks you can. If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't shop here, I'd shop locally (craigslist) for some young blood in Chicago that wants to cut their teeth on something, and sees it as an opportunity to get more consulting work out of you guys for your clients. Frankly, it'll be easier to convince a young PHP programmer who already wants to help you that c5 is the bomb, than it would be to convince any of the jaded pros here to drop their hourly work to help someone in a far away place..
