The Blocks themese and forums

I just started playing with Concrete5. So far I am enjoying the ease of use and I have figured most of it out. My question is how do you get Forums like here? Are there extra themes available(Though it appears that theme manipulation is easy).

these forums are going to be made available as a add-on in the coming weeks. We want to spend a little time adding some more features and making sure everything is bug free. When it is available, it will cost $55.
