Where can I find the "Theme Handle" and can I change it?

That is the name of your theme for concrete5's internal use. Why do you want to change it?

i wanted to know where I could get the handle from. Is it the same as the catalog that I put my theme inside? so if I change my themes catalgoname does this change the theme handle?
