Lucky Orange seems to be a whole separate kind of product, with very different goals from what concrete5 is trying to achieve. One is a CMS, one is a user tracking/statistics/chat kind of system.

It's good to stick to one major task and do it well, instead of trying to cram every feature in and doing them all poorly. I think that's where 55webdesign is coming from.

The beauty of something like Lucky Orange, Google Analytics, Zopim, etc, is that they only require you to include a small piece of code in a footer to integrate. Something like MailChimp only requires you to add a form to your site, with it taking care of all the other complexities. No need to have it all built into concrete5.

The closest open source system to Lucky Orange is probablyhttp://piwik.org/, although it focuses pretty much just on usage statistics.http://www.labsmedia.com/clickheat/index.html... could be installed for a heatmap.
