Time on site an hour behind.

I have installed the extended form plugin and wanted to use the date & time function, unfortunately the time it displays as default is an hour behind the UK time, this also happens in the dashboard.
I have looked through the forums and the consensus is that it picks the time from the server so I got in touch with my host company. They said that their servers are based in the UK so it can't be an issue with the server.
Is there any way of altering this from within concrete?

If you update a file in your FTP program, That time does 'Last modified' give's you?
If that is a hour ago, make a screenshot of your desktop (including your time) and sent it to your host asking if they can fix it.
Just by saying there servers are in the UK does not mean they run on the correct time.
