Please see attached files. One image shows when I'm logged out, another shows when I'm logged in as a regular user, and one shows when I'm logged in as Admin.

For some reason, when I'm not logged in as Admin, as either guest or registered user, the RSS link to Tony's RSS feed has a border around it. When I'm logged in as Admin it doesn't show.

I'm not sure if this is the addon's issue or a core issue. Any ideas?
