Trouble with fjhadd's vimeo gallery

I am building a site with a number of videos and have found that fjhadd's vimeo gallery gives me what I need, but I am unable to remove the overlay on my thumbnail images.

I've tried editing the css of the block, but to no avail.

line 125 of eu.com 2 css has the thumbnails opacity at 0.5, change it to 1

I think it would look much nicer.
