Twitter and RSS Feed Tabs

I'm new to this. I'm hoping someone can tell me how to utilize the built in tabs for Twitter and RSS Feed in the Destyle theme. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Just ask the developer, there is a support section for your theme on the right hand of this page.
