Two different Help buttons?

It seems the Dashboard and the Edit Page button are two different buttons. I changed the URL that the Help button references in the site.php file, but only the Edit Page button actually goes to the page that I specified. When in the Dashboard, the Help button goes to a different page.

Also, I renamed the Help Button, but the change only applied to the Edit Page Help Button.

Is there two different code sources?

they both reference to the tool in /concrete/tools/help.php. I would clear my cache.

OK, after clearing the cache I have one button that says "Help and Support" (I changed the name) but the other button (Dashboard) still just says "Help."

oh, the button name, I thought you mean't the link (href)
the other one is in /concrete/themes/core/dashboard.php
