So I was doing some work on my website and was uploading an image to a layout I had created. I noticed that the image was actually bigger then what I had expected, so I clicked on it and shrunk it down quite abit. The problem now lays that the grid is locked and I can not access the toolbar to sign-out, edit, publish, ect and I am unable to sign in from a different browser. (In fact the actual login option was not even present.) It is like I was locked out because the blocks are also unresponsive.

Whenever I visit the webpage from my tablet or a different PC the login and footer is available, however, after signing in it basically locks me to the webpage and the toolbar is not visible. I did go into the dashboard and clicked on the versions and went back as far as I could. However, it did not resolve anything when i could of sworn the oldest version did not have any issues.
